Paul writes, “Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David – that is my gospel,” and Luke writes that out of ten lepers who having been healed, only one remembered Jesus, returning to offer thanks. Paul and the one who were healed, remind us of always remembering and returning to Jesus offering our thanksgiving. Jesus lives so that all who call out in faith, “Have mercy on me,” might be healed, forgiven and made new.
