In Jesus’ high priestly prayer, he prays that we may all be one so that the world may believe, and Acts reminds us that all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. Jesus Christ is gathering the world’s diverse people into one flock, because in one another we see, hear, and know God anew. We need one another to know God. Christ has made us his own and he is not divided. In seeking him we find one another so the world may believe.
