Today’s gospel reveals Jesus’ power over death by raising Lazarus from the dead. To those in exile or living in the shadows of death, we proclaim God’s promise of resurrection. Live into the promise of baptism, that dying with Christ, we are raised with him daily to new life. You are a living sign of Christ alive in this world.
