St. Mark’s was the host for the first concert of the new year by Bach Akademie Charlotte. An enthusiastic and sizable crowd of over 140 folks filled our sanctuary Saturday evening January 25 to hear the music of J.S. Bach, C.P.E. Bach, Carl Heinrich Graun, and Frederick II, King of Prussia. 

Internationally renowned instrumentalists performed on period instruments including cello, violin, traverse flute, viola and harpsichord.
