All Saints Sunday celebrates the baptized people of God, living and dead, who make up the body of Christ, while also giving thanks that Christ has overcome death and opened to all who believe the promise of eternal life. On All Saints Sunday we celebrate Jesus the resurrection and the life, the Alpha and the Omega, who makes all things new. Death has been swallowed up forever, and God wipes away the tears of those who grieve as we walk by faith toward the kingdom of God.
