St. Mark’s Men’s Group’s celebrated the anniversary of their revival with a potluck breakfast on May 6, 2023. The group meets monthly to discuss ways of serving our church, neighborhood and wider community, while also providing opportunities for fellowship and building up the body of Christ at St. Mark’s.

On Thursday, April 20, St. Mark’s Men’s Group prepared an easy Soup and Sandwich supper, along with homemade sugar cookies, which was delivered to Hospitality House for patients and families experiencing medical crisis. Thank you to all who planned, donated, prepared, and delivered the meal.

 

 

 

 

Adopt-a-Street clean-up March 11, 2023

The Men’s Group is participating in the City of Charlotte’s Adopt-A-Street program. They have a one mile portion of Scott and Kenilworth Avenues, and began by cleaning up the roads on the morning of October 22, 2022. They also have been volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, serving dinner on September 20 and breakfast on October 8. Thank you to all who participate in this ministry to our church and our community!
